I decided that I wanted to gather information on something that would be helpful. Collecting PE resources would be beneficial, but to only a target niche. I felt like I would essentially be taking posts from peoples blogs, and reposting them onto this wiki.
In lieu of that , I thought about what was needed at my school. Every classroom has a SMART-board, but only a small amount of teachers understand that it can be used for more then just a projector screen.
The links below are a collection of how to's, tips and tricks to help teachers get started using their SMART-board and Notebook software. I purposely selected them because I thought they were the easiest to understand, and least overwhelming. The goal of this page is to get teachers comfortable with SMART board, not scare them off with loads of information.

The reason I will always use more video links then audio; step by step modeling! This video takes you through the creation of a lesson using the Lesson Activity Toolkit for Notebook Software. It allows you to see what to do, as well as talk you through it.

Dave Sladkey and Scot Miller have created podcasts in order to help Grade6-12 math teachers. Even though the content is discipline specific, there are still some great tips to be found. I have included the link to their "50 Things We Love about SMART-board." They outline and model what they think are the 50 greatest SMART-board functions. You can subscribe to them, and download all 89 episodes (as of Sept. 23,20120.
